Brilliant Harvest Ltd's new 10.3 MWp Solar Park near Chichester, southern England has today been accredited by Ofgem under the Renewables Obligation for ROCs.
Equis Energy is delighted to announce that it has delivered ROC accreditation for Brilliant Harvest Ltd's 'Hunters Race' Solar Park near Chichester and achieved this important milestone in rapid time. The installation was built by Conecon using Hareon Solar panels and operational commissioning was completed to allow export of electricity to begin on 23 July 2014. The required commisioning information was collated and submitted to Ofgem such that accreditation was granted in less than 6 weeks from the date the plant began operating. The site will now benefit from 1.4 ROCs per MWh of electricity exported to the local distribution network for the next 20 years, making an important contribution to renewable energy generation in the UK. If you have a renewable generating station requiring ROC accreditation please contact Equis Energy to discuss how we can help.
